Eventing Jumping Team Final
Eventing Jumping Individual Final

Olympic Equestrian encompasses three categories of competition performed by athletes on horseback: Dressage, Eventing and Jumping. Dressage is the ultimate showcase of horse training, with the rider and horse performing certain movements in front of a panel of judges, combining elements of litheness and harmony. In Eventing, athletes and horses perform a dressage routine, ride over a cross-country course with natural obstacles and finish with a jumping competition. In Jumping, athletes must clear obstacles placed up to 1.6m high, testing precision, athleticism and partnership.
A fixture of the Olympic Games since the early 1900s, Equestrian is the only Olympic sport to involve animals and the only sport that features male and female athletes competing directly against each other in all events under the same rules.
